Climate-Smart Futures in Rural Tanzania (CliFT)
This project investigates the role of farmer organisations (FOs) in adopting climate-smart practices by smallholder horticultural farmers, particularly women and youth, in Tanzania.
It is implemented jointly with:

- Sustainable Agriculture and Natural Resource Management Africa (SANREM), Tanzania

- Tanzania Agricultural Research Institute (TARI), Tanzania
Project Period
The project is realized in the period 1 July 2023 – 30 June 2028.
Project Budget
The total value of the project is 9,999,875 DKK of which DERG receives 1,070,839 DKK.

The project is funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.
